This course will look at developing pupil ownership and personalisation in the folio, including a closer look at submitting reports as a discursive piece. It will also provide an overview of planning and delivery of the critical reading aspect of the National 5 exam. There will be opportunities for moderation and discussion throughout the day.
By the end of the day, you will have a large volume of resources, a deeper understanding of standards at National 5 and a list of different methods of approaching these two parts of the National 5 English course. Most importantly, you will have had plenty of time for professional dialogue across schools.
