This experiential course is for professionals who already have experience in mindfulness practice and wish to develop their skills and core values. Mindfulness enhances resilience, communication and relational abilities.

Why attend? This experiential course is for professionals who already have experience in mindfulness practice and wish to develop their skills and core values. Mindfulness enhances resilience, communication and relational abilities. This course aims to deepen interest and skillsets to engage both staff and students within your school or college.

Mindfulness means paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment, non-judgementally.
All participants will receive audio links with a range of mindfulness coaching practices specifically created for this AOK Event.
